“We recently sold our home after 50+ years and purchased a condominium. We were unfamiliar with current real estate rules and practices and Michael was there for us every step of the way. He was understanding and extremely patient with our various questions and requests. Michael worked to understand our needs and to make this very difficult transition as smooth as possible for us. He sold our home for a good price in a very short period of time and spent hours researching new properties for us. As we worked through the process of downsizing, Michael provided contacts to help us with all aspects of our move. This was a very difficult time for us and Michael worked with us throughout the process including rolling up his sleeves on moving day when we were falling behind.
We have never experienced such amazing personal service before. Michael had all of the details covered and was in contact with us regularly. We were very nervous about moving after over 50 years in our home and Michael made sure that we were comfortable with every stage of the purchase and sale. He was much more than our realtor, he was a teacher, planner and at times, a counselor. We couldn’t have done this without him. We are happy to recommend Michael to everyone we know who needs a realtor. He is dedicated, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.”

“I am very fortunate to have worked with Michael in finding my home. Initially, I did not see the value of working with a realtor when I was purchasing my home, as I negotiate all the time on my job and did thorough research on the properties I was looking at. In the end, the real benefit for me was having Michael’s perceptive when I lost mine a bit in the emotional process of buying a home and having his experience with the whole process.
In working with Michael over the past three years, he was very patient and helped keep me from getting carried away when I got attached to a property or would have settled for something close, but not quite right. he took the time to get to know me, my likes, dislikes and criteria and he never tried to push me to want something different. I am grateful for his assistance on this front as I am now living in a wonderful place that suits me perfectly and is in a building I love.

My fiancé and I decided it was time to get into the housing market, but we didn’t know a lot about what to look for in a home, what our options were, or how to get started. Mike was there every step of the way, accompanying us at each open house and walking us through the rooms and reminding us of important things to keep in mind when buying a home. We appreciated his honesty throughout the process and the time he devoted by thoroughly answering all of our questions along the way.
Mike was there with us from start to finish. He was invaluable when we finally decided to submit an offer on a place in a beautiful neighbourhood within our price range. He never pressured us on making any decisions before we were ready. Mike was there to help us with the paperwork, understand the legal jargon, and assure us that we were on track to getting the home of our dreams. We deeply appreciate all the work Mike has put into our house hunt, and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a home.

Honestly Michael, in the beginning I wasn’t quite sure if we would make good partners – with me being very particular, and the unusual circumstances that we were selling the property long distance from the US… then I started noticing how organized and diligent you were, how effective your effort was, and most of all, how much you cared. Even before I flew to Vancouver, you already had the property under contract! Yet you refused to stop there, insisting on showing the property 3-4 times a day with the goal to obtain back-up offers just in case. Meanwhile, I was trying my best to pack up and clear out of the home in which my grandparents have lived forever. There were times it was so stressful that I needed a shoulder; there were times it got so hectic that I wasn’t sure if i could finish the job in a week… you were there by our side through thick and thin – providing emotional support, and getting your hands dirty whenever necessary… given the complexity of this deal, given the cross-border nature, you never stopped researching, seeking advice from experts, and helping us navigate every new turn.
You proved me dead wrong, Michael. There is absolutely nobody else that I would rather work with or that could have delivered better results, thank you!
